Why not try entering "fermented fruit beverges" in the search feature of your web browser and see what you come up with.......
Anyway, Thomas, welcome to the wine board! I am afraid that you may not get much of a response.
Wine, by definition, is a fermented beverage using GRAPES.
You won't find much discussion here about other vegetables or fruits being fermented for consumption unless it is a side bar about kimchi or sauerkraut....... GRIN!!
