Could some one please tell him how to make Home made apple wine, what do i need to add and home much for 23 Liters.

Uh sorry I can't help you. But I think that wine is made from grapes...... by definition.

Therefore there is no such thing as apple wine...... but there is such a thing as fermented apple juice. Around here we call it cider.

It is also appropriate to call it a fruit wine. Yes, grapes are a fruit, but by definition wine is from grapes, fruit wine is from other fruits.

Let's not get into it again, Bucko, but the word wine has its roots in the definition of a process of fermenting GRAPES, and only grapes, that goes back to Phoenicia.

On the question of fermenting apples, perhaps, Pawlowski, you need to talk with someone in a home wine/beer/cider making shop. Your question is rather large; there are a lot of steps to fermenting fruit. Because of the largeness of the question, anyone answering you on this board is sure to leave out a small detail that could mess you up.
