Got booted from a French restaurant today in Houston cause a doc friend of mine attempted to bring in our own bottle of this South African wine. Its simply a good/great bottle.

Ran it over to a sure deal not far away and we got lucky. We opened it, tasted it, again at 15, then waited for 30 minutes before we decided to see if we could get lucky. Upon opening it, it was a bit musty, much like a left bank would be. It didn't take more than 10 minutes for this sucker to really put on a dress and dance. Its subtle, and smooth tannic structure delivers a sexy texture on the mid section and then a climax with a nostalgic finish. This producer is one to watch... Tasting the 03 Series M in the coming weeks... Will let you know how she turns out
