Do you know where in Phoenix, Arizona I can find Marsala wine for "Chicken Marsala"? Or is there perhaps a substitution I could use for this recipe?

Winoweenie is in Phoenix, and I'm sure he'll chime in with exact shops that stock Marsala. In the meantime, however, I can tell you that our shop up near Boston sells it, as does every other shop around here. Check in one of your local wine shops.

Some of our grocery stores stock it. I've seen Paul Masson Marsala (California)at the grocery store but usually get Italian Marsala at a wine shop. Similar fortified wines would be port, madeira or sherry. Madeira would probably be the closest in type. I'm fond of Veal Marsala myself.

Hi Reneeshi and welcome to the board. If you live in Scottsdale there's a super wine shop on the North end of the Gainey Ranch Shops called the Village Wine Shop. If you're closer to The Biltmore area Sportsman wines on 32st and Camelback has a terrific selection. WW
