I have a 1992 Marilyn Monroe wine. My kitten chewed off part of the foil at the top but the cork is still intact. I am wondering if I can get the foil replaced and if so if the bottle will still be worth something?

Don't know about the foil, but the wine itself is not worth anything. It's not a wine meant for aging. The bottle's only worth would be as a novelty or collectable for the label. Seems everything has somebody looking for it, so you may give e-bay a try. At any rate, good luck and welcome to the wine board!
