100% Cabernet Franc and from Anjou which is in the west of France next to Brittany. This wine was offered as a "pleasant wine" from one of my haunts...thank God it only cost $7.99! Yet another bad wine. Thin, watery, over the top acid and little fruit, some of it was "drain decanted". Not good. 12%Alc/vol.

ww, I am sure that half the people on this board need to know who the hell Ray Milland is WAS! I think I remember the name...

" Lost Weekend " was about how a normal guy becomes a drunk and ends up as a geek in a circus biting off chickens heads. Academy Award and all that jazz. If you find the DVD rent this sucker. A really great performance. WW

Ray Milland was a really good actor! a little scary when he wanted to be...

Has he ever posted here?

The movie, Lost Weekend, is from a great book by a guy named Jackson; it's his story.

Ray Milland was among the actors who could do both drama and comedy. The last thing I remember seeing him in was Love Story, in the seventies; not a good way to go out...
