Wine and Spirits, Special Edition, Annual Buying Guide, Winter 2004 has named as best American Riesling of the Year, the 2001 Dr. Konstantin Frank, Finger Lakes, Reserve Riesling. Congratulations to Willy and the gang!

WW and IK
While Willie is a master at PR and storytelling his father, Dr. Frank, was even better (and he had that "old world charm"). People love(ed) it and it does add another dimension to a visit to Finger Lakes Wine Country.
Congratulations to the Frank's--it is an honor for them, and certainly will bring attention to our area.

I enjoyed the history and the wines. The dry Riesling there was one of my favorites.
