Synthetic cork. 12.5% alcohol by volume.
Blend of 42% Pinot Blanc, 39% Chardonnay, 19%Riesling.

Some pear and mild oak notes on nose and palate. Drinks smoothly. Harmonious and pleasing on the palate. Appears to be quite versatile with food. I enjoyed it with stuffed-pastry appetizers (spinach, beef) the first evening and will have it with chicken tenders tonight.

That wine seems always to be taken over by the Pinot Blanc in the blend, which isn't a bad thing at all.

Agreed, Foodie.
