I just purchased a bottle of Louis Jadot 1999 Beaujolais-Villages. I know nothing about it. 1) how is it served? and 2) is this a decent wine?

Hi Hero 50, and welcome to the Wine Board. It is a wonderful wine. Serve it at between 55 & 60 degrees F. Measure the temperature of the room you are in, and put it in the refrigerator for ten minutes for each degree you want to drop it.
