A nice Sauvignon Blanc from France. Pale straw and clear in the glass. Lightly grassy scent (light on the cat's pee). Crisp and nice. More grassy than citrusy. Had one glass in a restaurant with appetizer of goat cheese with herbs and balsamic sauce.
Oops--that's Domaine Fournier with an 'n' in there, not Fourier. Paul Fournier and sons.
