13% alcohol Normally $15.99 but as part of a mixed case, I paid $14.40 at Macarthur Beverages (also known as Bassin's) in DC.
Color: pale gold, clear
Label warns of possible sediment.
Nose: apples, grapefruit (cat's pee--subtle enough to not mar the pleasure) and muted herb scent
Flavors: tart fruits, very slight herbaceousness, some resemblance to fruit cocktail syrup
Crisp, clean , refreshing; a little short on the finish; a very satisfying summer drink
Paired with tuna, cheese, salad greens in a tortilla wrap; could also be good with asparagus soup or asparagus with hollandaise sauce
I would rate in the 85-88 points range; very good

They are usually a dependable Sancerre producer. I've purchased a lot over the years.
