Someone at Pop's sure is. Yesterday, WS came out with Covey Run Syrah as their Wine of the Week. Today Pop's came out with a flyer touting Covey Run Syrah, WS's Wine of the Week!

Two reasons: retailers get their WS before consumers; if POP advertises or knows someone at WS, well...
