Having a wine/cheese party this weekend. Thinking about having the following cheeses for the party:

* Fromage D'Affinois (french) brie (very buttery, smooth, mild)
* Appenzeller Swiss (mild)
* Parrone Gouda (not aged, very well rounded cheese with character - but not too much)
* Manchego (not aged, fairly young but still has depth)
* Black Diamond Cheddar (more normal cheese for un-trained mouth but still cheddary)
* Montgomery Cheddar (UK cheddar with alot of depth and flavor)
* Spenwood Ewes Milk Farmhouse (almost sharp, strong finish)
* Drunken Goat (strong goat cheese)
* Aged Gouda Boerenkass(3 year - very pungent to the tongue)

Wine suggestions? Was hoping to stay away from ports and champagne. Was hoping for a mix of red and white grape varietals/regions and then I can from there find a "brand." Thanks for the help in advance .
