this dish sounds a little odd, but it's really delicious -- ground turkey is sauteed with onion; paprika is then added. It is taken off the heat and yoghurt is added. It is served with pasta. What wine would go well with this?

....OK, guys, step right up, don't be shy now. This is a test!

Geez! Before I take a stab at this one I need to know two things:

how is the yogurt added?

is the turkey mixed into the pasta or are they served side-by-side?

I'm going to go with a good Beaujolais cru or Gewurztraminer.

Vermentino.

Okay..first you saute the onions, the add the ground turkey. Cook the turkey while breaking it up. Add 2-3 Tbl paprika. Take it off the heat and add the plain yoghurt, stirring it in. Kepp covered off the heat while the pasta finishes(tagliatelle or fettucine). Toss pasta with sauce and serve. I guess it's sort of stroganoff-y, but it's turkey not beef and there's no mushrooms and yoghurt instead of sour cream... it really is good though...

Vermentino sounds ok, maybe a Soave Superiore
