Hey all! It's been some time since I came calling for your expert advise.

I'm trying to find a nice compliment to a stuffed salmon dish I'll be having this weekend. I did a search and found that a Pinot Gris or Pinot Noir would work well with regular salmon. But I'm unsure if it would be the same with stuffed salmon.

Here's the dish:
Pan Seared Stuffed Atlantic Salmon
sundried tomatoes spinach and domestic mushrooms with parmesan risotto
and red pepper coulis

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think they'r a little too light for the dish. Would go with one of lower priced Rosso Montalcinos. At higher price points, might get too heavy.

Might even try a Chateneuf du Pape or percentage based Grenache Cotes du Rhone for the dish.
