- Thomas - 03-08-2006

Willy, son of Dr. Konstantin Frank, died yesterday of a massive stroke from last week.

Oh, too bad. He was certainly a colorful character.

I'm sorry to hear of his death. I will remember the tour of the Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery.

Forgive the smiley face. I forgot to change it before submitting.

We will pray for him. From the presentation he gave us, there are many others to keep the place running properly.

A real shame. He was very interesting, and the wine was good, too.

Forget the smiley here, too.

My condolences. WW

Don't want to hijack the thread, but we also lost Rodney Strong a few days before Willy. He finally succumbed to the effects of the stroke he suffered a few years ago. A much larger force in the industry than most people realize. The Sonoma County wine industry owes him a lot, and we reap the results.
