I've written a little article about my recent trip to the Professional Culinary Institute (PCI) here in Silicon Valley for a terrific Holiday Wine & Food Tasting.
Chef Randy Torres shared with us his recipes for Thanksgiving fare. They really rock. The mushroom bread pudding was amazing. With his permission, I've included the recipes in my article.
