Have you seen that winesearcher has a pro version for $15 a year? They now limit their searches similar to wine speculator....you get a couple of results for free but for all the vendors you gotta pay! ARRRRAGUE!!!!!!!

Drew, to quote one of my favorite NRBQ songs (other than "Got my HoJo Workin'!"), "There ain't no free....."

Your 401K is in the toilet because a bunch of kids hopped up on Jolt Cola thought that in the "new economy" you didn't have to "make money"....

On a more cynical and paranoid note, we have been telling every wine importer with jacked up margins that that site is their worst enemy come to life: now any bozo with a net dial up can see that the wines they are trying to WHOLESALE for $30+ per bottle are RETAILING in Switzerland (NOT a place known for bargains) for $15.00. It wouldn't surprise me a bit if there was not some pressure on the owners to make it a little harder to get at the info....

I know...you're right but here's wine searcher and wine spectator and others after offering free services, charging for info that for years was without compensation, what ever happened to advertising?

Drew, you can only cook the books for so long before the advertising budget just goes all to hell........
