Pre-holiday: Any suggestions for turkey seasoned with a dill-based mix?

I normally offer a Riesling Kabinett from the Mosel, or a Sauvignon Blanc (Sancerre) with turkey, but a dill flavoring could pose a problem to either of those. Suspect a Picpoul would handle it better. If you're having a large group and want to avoid screw-ups, suggest you pre-flight the pairing - make up a batch and try the wines beforehand. Or provide a selection at dinner.

I think an Australian Semillon would handle the dill and do the trick.
