What would you suggest for chicken on wilted spinach with a kumquat sauce?

An off dry riesling, preferably a German one. Anytime you add sweetness to a dish, think first what could go with the basic ingredients, and then what sweet version would go with the whole dish.

thanks for the tip IK... I actually didn't get to read your response before making the dinner, and went with a nice Alsatian Gewurztraminer. Used some of it in the sauce. Everything was marvelous!
