Estate bottled by Bodegas Y Vinedos del Jalon S.A. Imported by The Henry Wine Group, Benicia, CA Also has Jorge Ordonez name on the back label.

13% alcohol by volume
Pretty shade of deep rose; somewhat transparent.
I picked up rose hips, watermelon and pomegranate in the nose and on the palate. Back label indicates strawberry flavors which I considered but thought watermelon came closer. Presents as a dry rose'. The finish falls off rather quickly but this is a good outdoor sipping wine if well chilled.

I hadn't planned out the menu for this and had the first glass with leftover baked chicken. I think it would be a good pairing with pink shrimp or Serrano ham. It might also match some vegetarian dishes such as ratatouille or mushroom risotto.

This can be found on wine-searcher.com for under $7.00 making it a good QPR. Simple but pleasant.
