A discount wine merchant I've used in the past is claiming the lowest price in the country(18.67 per bottle when ordering six or more) with free shipping. If it is the Napa Valley Cab it is an excellet price. Regularly in the mid 20s.

It is the Napa Valley. I think the free shipping is a good deal.
