Sorry, I didn't even write down the year. This wine took a while to open. The initial taste was a bit hard or closed down at the tasting. I just put a cork in it and brought it home. About 6 hours later uncorked this and had a beautiful wine in front of me. The nose was extremely fresh with a bunch of dark fruits. The palate exhibited the same. This is a big Grenache; meaning the wine just exploded in my mouth making me want to smack my gums! Coated every part which made for one long finish. Glad I brought this one home.
