Sometimes I find that a Sauvignon Blanc such as St. Supery or from Sancerre, France or New Zealand goes well with appetizers and salads. - Thomas - 02-09-2004 Best vinegar and wine combination I have had included a semi-dry Riesling--second best was a Madeira Verdelho.
