$13 at Total, 13%, 60% syrah, rest is mourvèdre and grenache. I just loved the 2000 so was excited to try the 2001. Well it's watery and generally disappointing, even without the 2000 benchmark. I will stay away from this one. I thought the two vintages had been reasonably similar in that part of France, so it's surprising that the same house could make such different wines year on year. Maybe a bad bottle, but I won't be the one to test that theory.
