Hi Parisa, and welcome to the Wine Board. Wines with those kind of legs are usually expensive. Since you are in the Rhone section will recommend a Rhone type. Provided you have proper storage facilities, a sure bet would be 1999 Chateau De Beaucastle Chateauneuf Du Pape (CDP). It will run around $200. You could also find a nice Cote Rotie or Hermitage for around the same price. Reliable producers are Chapoutier, Guigal, and Paul Jaboulet Aine.

If you don't want to spend that much money, it gets more difficult. You could possibly find a CDP for around $25.00. You would have to find a wine merchant you can trust.
