Please please please someone help me. I am a student at the scottsdale culinary institute and I am taking a class called wines and spirits. We have a group project that has to be done, and I need to know what some wines taste like and what 1 kind of food they would go with, cause I am not old enough to drink.

Macon blanc
chablis
meursault
puligny - montrachet
pouilly - fuisse
pouilly - fume or sancerre
alsace - riesling
alsace - gewurtraminer
bordeaux - graves
bordeaux - sauternes
riesling
sauvignon blanc
fume blanc
chardonnay

please any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Mark, and welcome to the Wine Board. Does your school have a library. Know your town does. There are excellent reference books of wine that will answer most of your questions.
Be advised that some of your questions have multiple answers. Some whites depend on whether the maker wants his wine to taste like grapes or wood. Other grapes can be made in so many styles, that no definitive answer can be given.

In many states, it is legal to drink underage, in the presence of your parents. If they live nearby, and are not opposed to drinking, they might enjoy having a few meals with you.
