Clear purple/garnet. Typical Cotes du Rhone nose of red berry and spice with some dark plum and coffee notes. Nice flavors of raspberry and dark plum with pepper spice and a hint of Framboise liquor. The wine finishes with a little heat and tannic bite. A very enjoyable wine and will buy again. 13.5%Alc/vol. $10.99

This tallies with what I remember from '98. I'll look for the 2000.

I enjoyed their '98, but was thoroughly disappointed with the '99. I may have to look up the '00 and give it a swig.
