Had in a restaurant in Toronto. Nice elegant nose slightly sweet. Medium body but very structured, crunchy red fruit but more tart then sweet, tannic structure. Needed a lot of air to bet this to open up. Needs a few years to come all together but another nice wine from Graillot, not the equal of his 05 but comparable to his 04, perhaps fresher.

At least two years early! Croze Hermitage is a very consistant wine. Drink five years from harvest.

thanks IK. I love his stuff, if nohing else, very honest product.

I just pulled my case of his '05's up but might wait for another year or two more due to the vintage.
