- dozer - 08-11-2002 What do people suggest to go with Italian herb marinated pork (along with a lemony rice and vegetables)? - wondersofwine - 08-12-2002 Pinot Noir can match with pork but because of the lemony rice I would suggest a Riesling Kabinett or Spatlese or a Chardonnay with citrus notes. If you check out the Chardonnay and Germany threads, you will find some wines mentioned that have citrus fruit aromas/tastes. |
