New to wine . What type of wines can i use with pork dinner . White or Red?

Welcome to the board. A Pinot Noir (red) works well with pork, but so does a German Riesling from the Mosel-Sahr-Ruwer (a white), at the Kabinett level. If you serve the Riesling, be sure to chill it well. Serve the Pinot Noir at room temp.
