I'm so disappointed with this. Bonny Doon is consistently one of my favorites at the low-mid range price point time and again. I absolutely could not drink this. The nose was unbearable. A cross b/w pet feces/urine and chlorine. The worst I've ever smelt ever. I dumped the bottle. Good thing it was on sale for 7.99!

Some of the stuff Randall Grahm is bringing here from overseas has been a bit dissapointing lately. I used to like the Tannat wine he brought in from Madiran, but not recently.

The Domaine du Blagueurs from Bonny Doon was actually one of the bottles that, years ago, got me interested in wine. It used to be one of our favorites for just quaffing. After the late '90s, the quality seemed to taper. I have not tried this one, but I'm disappointed to hear about it. KC's right about the Heart of Darkness bottling, too. It has declined, also.

Oh, well. Still enjoy many of the other Bonny Doon wines.
