- Ian - 01-05-2001 Serving a greek lamb dish tonight containing feta cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil. Any suggestions on the wine? - Drew - 01-05-2001 Ian, welcome. I tend to like Australian Shiraz with lamb. ADW "Alliance" $20, makes a nice Shiraz with hints of mint that matches nicely. Pirramimma $18, Rosemount "Diamond" Shiraz $11, Barossa Valley Estates Shiraz $10, Banrock Station Shiraz $7, Leasingham Shiraz Bin 61 $15 and Tatachilla "Wattle Park" Shiraz $10 are but a few. Drew - Ian - 01-05-2001 Thanks, Drew! Those sound good - I'll give one a try. Later... |
