- Bucko - 06-01-2005 I'm off to the S. Rhone for 10 days starting this Friday. I will do my best to drink a glass for each and every one of you (17 for WW). Save the good fights for when I get back. Hopefully I'll get a feel for the controversial 03s and see what the 04 vintage is all about, then I'll report back for you Rhone fans. - TheEngineer - 06-01-2005 Looking forward to your posts! I'm a bit befuddled on the 2003's. Would appreciate your thoughts and insights! .... envious that you get to do this....but still appreciative. - Georgie - 06-02-2005 Have a great time. We'll miss you! - winoweenie - 06-02-2005 Have a ball there ole Buck-shyster. Aren't you going to have any for me at dinner? WW - wondersofwine - 06-02-2005 Have a great trip, Bucko. If you have anything to add on the thread under Germany/Alsace varieties for a newbie seeking to buy his father a wine in Strasbourg please weigh in before you leave for France. - newsguy - 06-02-2005 have a wonderful, safe trip bucko. look forward to your postings when you get home. - hotwine - 06-02-2005 Drink 'em dry, hoss! |
