I always forget how absolutely lovely the Elyse wines are. This is a Macedonia of dark berries, spice and plums, warm and encompassing, presented in a jewel box of supple tannins.

This is not a subtle wine, but a big and lively carnival of flavor and aroma. One could hold it for years … but why?
