I have a bottle of Mosel Riesling Weinlikor
1984 Weingut Schnitzius I would like to know
is this bottle still good and if i should open the bottle and enjoy it or is it worth money.

Even if it is worth money it will not be worth enough to get you into the world's richest people category. Open it, see if you like it, and if you do remember that experience for future enjoyment and purchases.
And always remember: wine is not for investing; it is for consuming.
