How's that for a name? 11.5% alcohol
Pale straw color. Rolls along the tongue nicely with a refreshing tingly sensation. Plenty of acid backbone. Can't decide whether to describe flavors as pear, melon or grapefruit. Maybe a bit of pear and a bit of grapefruit. Tastes rather dry although described as a semi-dry. The first evening I paired it with a German potato sald and the second evening with a baked chicken and onion soup dish. An enjoyable Rheigau wine.
