Wachau, Austria
13.5% alcohol
Trocken Qualitatswein 1941/03
Medium gold color.
Leggy on sides of glass.
Minerals prominent with a light citrus note--good fruit/mineral balance. Good acid balance. Seems to have a white pepper accent as well and a lime accent. Rather lengthy finish. Consumed with baked breaded flounder filet and tossed salad. Quite enjoyable and not screechingly acidic.
