NV Perrier-Jouët, Champagne, Grand Brut, France, $40. Fine bubbles dance about in this light gold non-vintage champagne. The nose is quite elegant with pineapple notes. Harmony of fruit flavors, acidity and toastiness make for a delightful wine. 90/90.
