- Drew - 06-06-2000 I received as a gift a bottle of 1997 Caymus Conundrum. I know this is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Viognier and Muscat but I've never tasted. What type of foods would this wine go well with? I read the post to say Caymus Home Yummy, which , naturally I took to mean Estate Cab. Sorry. With the sissy white blend, I`d definately prefer having ground chuck.
