I received as a gift a bottle of 1997 Caymus Conundrum. I know this is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Viognier and Muscat but I've never tasted.
What type of foods would this wine go well with?

What color is this wonderful sounding wine?

Tis the color of a certain members non-favorite wine... beautiful, rich goldenrod..... you know, the white variety.

MrD and Drew, the third thing that goes is eyesight. I read the post to say Caymus Home Yummy, which , naturally I took to mean Estate Cab. Sorry. With the sissy white blend, I`d definately prefer having ground chuck. Winoweenie
