Well, I've tried just about every sparkling Vouvray I have found and I have good news and bad news about this wine.
The good news is that it's the best sparkling Vouvray I've had.
The bad is that it's still not a great value...
This isn't harsh the way most bubbly chenin I've had is, but there's a distinct mineraliy that seems out of place a bit. Other than that, I'd say it's fairly light in body, but pretty intense with some winning honey and apple notes, and a bone dry finish.

It's good, I'm just not sure I'd get it over Gruet or Lucien Albrecht for a few bucks less, or the still Champalou, which whispers and sighs (or is it I that sighs?), for the same price.
