I have some champgne that was given to me to use on New years but it is over three years old... is it still good?

Depends on the brand and where it's from...tell us more.

The Champagne is ANDRE PINK CHAMPAGNE one is dry and the other extra dry. I also have another that is plain Andre California Chanpagne.

Jason, where are you?

Kateye, I shall be blasted by the rest for this, but if I were you, I would pull the cork and empty the contents down the drain.

And then, go out and buy a bottle of Cordonieu (spelling?) or Frixenet Brut (Spanish sparkling wines) or perhaps an Asti Spumante, Italian sparkling wine. Grow to like them and later on you can move on to even better sparkling wines.
