I have a bottle of Perrier-Jouet Brut, Fleur de Champagne 1988. Anyone have an opinion on this one ??

This wine is chock-a-block full of extract, promising well for the future. If you have good storage conditions (cool and dark) I would not drink it for another 3 years and it will continue to improve until at least 2010. If you do drink it now, you should do so with food, otherwise the tightness of its undeveloped extract could be offputting.
