- hotwine - 11-11-2005 This is the strange fat-bottomed bottle, blue gold-embossed bottle with Paris street scenes. Nice mousse, tight tiny bubbles, not at all yeasty, very much like a mid-range bubbler between a Clicquot NV and a Taittainger NV, biased toward the Taittinger in flavor profile. I like it. Family-owned house, which is a big positive these days. 12% alc/vol and about $34. |
