Went down to the City this weekend and had dinner at Papillon Cafe. Terrific restaurant, but that's another story. Started off with a 200 ml bottle of the above and it was quite tasty--small bubbles, ripe, rich pear flavors, good body. Tasted like predominantly Chardonnay to me, but who knows. No clue on the label as to source of fruit, but the producer appears to be located in Epernay.
