- blueadobe - 11-09-2003 I'm serving Apple Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Apple Pinon Chutney. Which type of wine would you suggest? - Drew - 11-09-2003 Would go with an Alsatian Gewurztraminer, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, German Reisling, or a light Pinot Noir. Drew - Thomas - 11-09-2003 I second all but the Pinot Noir, if the apple glaze is quite sweet or the chutney is too "pickled." Riesling is the best all-around wine for such diverse tastes and textures. - blueadobe - 11-09-2003 Drew & Foodie, Thanks for your replies. I appreciate the suggestions. I think I'll go with the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc or the German Reisling. Blueadobe |
