Yes it does exist, a n'orlens specialty! 2 Pan roasted black bean crab cakes served with a fresh tomato and cilantro salsa. - dananne - 03-29-2009 I'd do a sparkler. - winoweenie - 03-30-2009 Take Turducken to Rocky Point every year for Thanksgiving and that's the only time I love to drink Bougalais or sometimes even Nouveau. Have also found some of the more elegant Zins like Scherrer work nicely for me. WW - Innkeeper - 03-30-2009 I'm with WW. A Cru Beaujolais such as Fleurie will go great. |
