I'm looking for something to pair with two different things. Same or different wines...
1) Turducken. Yes it does exist, a n'orlens specialty!
2 Pan roasted black bean crab cakes served with a fresh tomato and cilantro salsa.

Take Turducken to Rocky Point every year for Thanksgiving and that's the only time I love to drink Bougalais or sometimes even Nouveau. Have also found some of the more elegant Zins like Scherrer work nicely for me. WW

I'm with WW. A Cru Beaujolais such as Fleurie will go great.
