Clear Hay in color. What a nose, full of guava. I personally love Guava so this was very very nice. On taste, strong guava and minerality with a bit of bitterness at the end. Simple and clean. The guava is denser than any Sauv Blanc from NZ. However, that is it. Nothing citrus at all about this.
Very crisp and needs to be well chilled. Very nice summer drink if you don't mind a bitter end. $11.99 per bottle.
