- hotwine - 01-13-2008 Decanted in anticipation of homemade Mexican food supper..... VERY fruity, dunno 'bout this one. 13% alc/vol and $12.09 at Sam's Club (same wine was less than 6 bucks a very few years ago). More later. - hotwine - 01-13-2008 Very Beaujolais-like, even in its nose and finish. Nice enough, but lacking the grip I expected. Would probably make a nice party wine, in which there's a need to please a broad spectrum of tastes. Would buy again for that purpose, but not for home consumption. - TheEngineer - 01-14-2008 I've not had it at the Crianza level but their reserva and gran reserva's which not great, are good representatives of the breed. They are also a step up in price though with the reserva around $24. |
