- hotwine - 06-01-2002 This blend of 80% Tempranillo and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon is a surprising wine for the bucks. A nose as big as W.C. Fields' with black currant and pipe tobacco, I would have guessed the percentage of Cab to be higher. Good depth of fruit on the palate, with just a little zing at the jawline for interest on the finish. From Toledo, with 12.5% abv, a good QPR at only $8.99. An excellent barbecue wine. - Drew - 06-01-2002 You're slipping Gil, beat you to it on 4/12 http://www.wines.com/ubb2/Forum19/HTML/000056.html. Good QPR. Drew - hotwine - 06-01-2002 Argh.
